There is no in-app button to wipe selected data while keeping your account. You can request that by email. We review and action requests within 30 days.

Keep account — delete specific data
- Email privacy@alertnaija.com from the email on your account
- Subject: Data deletion request (keep my account)
- Say what to delete (examples below)
- Include the phone number on the account
Examples you can ask us to delete
- Photos or voice notes you uploaded
- Specific incident / missing-person drafts you still control
- Saved places or local preferences
- Family-circle links you added
- Device / vehicle registry entries you own (where policy allows)
What we may keep
- Public community reports already posted (de-identified where possible)
- Fraud / security audit trails with identifiers removed
- Payment references required for finance or legal compliance
- Anything subject to a valid legal hold
