Facility manager:

• Qualification and Experience
• BSc/HND Estates Management from a reputable tertiary institution
• He must have experience in managing properties with service charges

Plumbing Technicians

• Qualification and Experience
• Trade test or Proficiency competence certificate
• 5 years experience

Air-Conditioning Technicians

• Qualification and Experience
• Trade test or Proficiency competence certificate
