    Dear Sir, please i just want to confirm if the they have started issuing the plate number since they stopped it before, because, some are saying they have been issued while some said they have not started that’s why i want to here direct from the ministry.

    Please sir direct NIgerian maritime Administration and safety agency to come and conduct the 2012 certificate of competency exams. The exams was schedule to hold firsrt week in NOV 2012 but till date nothing was heard from NIMASA. Frustration has set in on the side of the candidate. Please kindly help sir.
