Arrested Man in Plot to Bomb US Federal Reserve Said To Target Obama
The man, a 21 year old Quazi Mohammad Rezwanul Ahsan Nafis (what a name) came to the U.S. on a student visa and was allegedly planning to blow up the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with what he believed was a 1,000-pound bomb was arrested by the CIA in an undercover operation as he was supplied a fake bomb to “achieve” his goal. 
Quazi Mohammad was said to have links with al Qaeda and was sent to the United States in January under the pretext of attending college in Missouri in order carry out “a terrorist attack on U.S. soil” and to recruit members to form a terrorist cell.
Nafis mentioned Yaqeen as a conspirator and said he also had suggested a military base close to Baltimore to attack, the Times said.
Nafis allegedly considered several targets for his attack, including the New York Stock Exchange and a high-ranking government official, who a U.S. official identified as President Barack Obama.
